Normally I would wear a bold black eyeliner and wanted something different to wear out 
It stays all day and doesn't disappear and keeps its sparkle✨
When I used it I did a small cat flick at the ends then applied as much sparkle as I wanted then added some mascara and a black kohl eyeliner in my waterline
Before applying the glitter eyeliner I used a natural base colour from my contour pallet
